Writing a persuasive message

Chapter 10 Writing persuasive messages.

In order to write a persuasive message three steps should be followed. They are: plan your message, write your message and complete your message. When planning your message you should first analyze your situation. You should identify your target audience. Then gather the information needed. Select the right medium. You know know if your targetting people who watch television more or those who listen to the radio and others. Organize your information. In your persuasive message try to only include the most important information in the message. Write your mesage and you simple language. Ensure your identify your sources and they are expert sources, support your message with real facts. Lastly complete your message. When the message is finish rivese it to make sure it is clear and they are no errors. Produce the message and make sure it has an professional look to it.Then proofread and distribute it to the customers. One should balnce the difference between emotional and logical appeal when writing a persuasive message. Emotional is appeal to the feelings of the customers while logical is appeal to the reasoning of a topic. One should always bear in mind the objections people would have to the message and try to address them head on in the message also.
